Need Some Help Answering An Objection?

Home | Evil | Evidence | God | Jesus | Hell | Exclusivity | Bible

If God exists at all, then it is reasonable to acknowledge that God has specific identifiable characteristics. The truth about God's identifiable nature will stand in isolation to other views. Some views will be correct, some will not. Even atheists accept one view of God (God's non-existence) "at the exclusion of all the others." The nature of objective truth denies that all of us can be correct, even though we hold opposing views.

When someone asks for my name, I don't hesitate to offer it, even though the truth I offer will certainly exclude other views. None of us hesitates to offer a response to a question if we have confidence that we hold the correct answer. In fact when we possess the truth, our decisions and choices are no longer "a matter of chance"; they are properly informed.

Exclusivity is an innate characteristic of objective truth, even though our increasingly pluralistic and relativistic culture would like us to believe that Christianity is nothing more than an opinion. This section of Answers4Atheists.com provides a variety of very brief responses to objections related to the exclusivity of Christianity (check the menu on the left).
